LeBron James "I Promise" School For At-Risk Youth Plans to Reach 2,000 Kids
According to Business Insider, LeBron's I Promise school to help at-risk youth will open up to 2,300 kid's by 2019. In case you have no idea what I'm talking about here's the scoop, LeBron James has opened up a school called "I Promise" to help kids who are at-risk. The school was opened up in Akron, Ohio the home of LeBron. The school at the moment will be home to 240 kids, then expand to 2,400 kid's. The school's goal, is to send as many kid's to college through LeBron James Family Foundation. The kid's would ultimately attend the University of Akron once they are eligible.
